Terms of Service
The service
Loudlist Pro lets playlist curators promote playlists with ads on Meta and TikTok and accept paid song submissions from artists. Ads run in your own ad account and are billed to you by the ad platform; Loudlist charges a platform fee on ad spend and a subscription, as shown on the Plans and Billing pages. Review fees paid by artists are collected on the curator’s connected Stripe account, with Loudlist’s share taken as a platform fee.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the rights to any music, video or images you put in an ad.
- You are responsible for ads you launch and for following Meta’s and TikTok’s advertising policies.
- Curators must actually review paid submissions and answer them; a fee buys a listen and a decision, not a placement.
- Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think it has been compromised.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from Billing. Submission fees are charged when an artist submits and are refundable by the curator at their discretion or by us if a review is never given. Ad spend is between you and the ad platform.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. Ad platforms, streaming services and payment providers change their rules and APIs; features that depend on them may pause or change. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid Loudlist in the previous three months.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform’s policies.
