Data Deletion Instructions

Applies to every Loudlist Pro account, including data from connected Meta, TikTok and Spotify accounts.

Delete a connection only

Sign in, open Billing → Connected ad accounts (for Instagram/Facebook or TikTok) or Playlists (for Spotify) and press Disconnect. The stored access token and the account, Page or profile choice are deleted immediately. Campaigns already running in your own ad account keep running there; manage them in that platform’s ads manager.

Delete your whole account

1. Email dev@loudlistpro.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Loudlist account”.
2. We delete the account, its playlists, campaigns, audiences, uploaded videos, submissions and every stored third-party token within 30 days, and confirm by email.
3. Records that tax or payment regulations require us to keep (Stripe invoices and payout records) are retained for the period the law sets and then deleted.

If you connected through Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove Loudlist Pro from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. That revokes our access on Meta’s side; to remove the data we hold, use either method above.
